Background
He attended a conference in Silicon Valley where he heard Barbara Annis speak about Gender Intelligence, the neuroscience of differences and the impact this had on teams and companies culture and business results.
He joined (with some of his team members) Barbara’s Deep Dive on Gender Intelligence at her place in Sedona, and had huge ‘aha’ moments that impact all aspects of his thinking and his life, being a father of two daughters.
He decided to commit to having more women in sales, and delivered on that promise.

Objectives
The other metrics had to do with how men and women shifted their behavior on how they effectively worked together, they became the most engaged team worldwide at Ericsson and eliminated any form of exclusive behavior, again just in one year.
He hired more women, measured the results, and the impact was stounding in just one year, the team went from selling 500 M a year to 1.5 B,
