GENDER-INTELLIGENT EXECUTIVE ACTION SESSIONS
Gender Intelligence is a new level of leadership awareness that transforms cultures and creates inclusive, inspirational, and productive work environments. In kind, it requires leadership that exemplifies Gender Intelligence and models it for others with authenticity, believability, and trust.
Our one-on-one Gender Intelligence Action Sessions for key executives and leaders have produced transformational results in very few sessions, and sometimes in only one session. Our research shows that about a third of male leaders are supportive of women in shared leadership, but don’t know if and how to be an ally. Our action sessions focus first then on the most senior business leaders in order to develop authentic role models who can naturally walk the talk and lead by example.
Intended Outcomes of Executive Action Sessions for Men:
- Dispel long-held assumptions and broaden understanding as to why women are not advancing.
- See the economic and social value in difference thinking.
- Move from compliance to commitment and develop a personal action plan for increasing the presence of highly qualified authentic women leaders at the top.
- Embrace your expanded role as a leader, advocating for Gender Intelligence with specific actions
tailored to your role and responsibilities. - Align your intent with your behavior, and learn how to set the tone for gender-inclusive behavior among those within your sphere of influence.
Intended Outcomes of Executive Action Sessions for women:

- Discover what’s unique yet authentic about your own leadership style and outlook that enables you to achieve breakthroughs in your career.

Gender-Intelligent Coaching offers you as a leader an intensive and confidential one-on-one learning experience that will deepen your personal insights and accelerate your self-awareness.
You cannot afford to learn by trial and error, and many CEOs and executives acknowledge that participating in facilitated learning sessions with staff or subordinates can stifle openness, participation, and sharing.
Our program provides customized coaching to help you personally.
The Process:
We begin by administering the Global Gender Inventory (GGI), a self-awareness and assessment tool. This confidential inquiry provides insights into each leader’s level of awareness and provides further guidance as to exactly what we need to focus on during your one-on-one action sessions.
Confidential action sessions are then conducted via video conferencing or phone over a 30 to 45 minute period. Together, we laser focus on your exact role and responsibilities as a leader and the specific areas you can influence straightway to realize immediate results. And we build on that progress.
We also provide one-on-one sessions with male leaders to address and resolve their concerns over how to work with women and maintain their personal reputation in a #MeToo World, and how to influence and enlist the support of men at all levels of the organization.
Great Guy Executive Coaching, a companion piece to our online learning series, How to Maintain Great Guy Status in a #MeToo World offers male leaders a timely and enlightening one-on-one learning experience for navigating the #MeToo era with integrity. We support the overwhelming majority of male leaders who are well intentioned and professional in their interactions with women and who want to see an inclusive workplace for everyone. They realize that discrimination and harassment is very real but don’t see themselves in that light.
Yet they’re concerned now more than ever for unintentionally saying or doing the wrong thing.
Male executives find huge value in the new insights they gain on changing social norms; in the blame-free, supportive tips on how to keep from making mistakes; and in the genuine ways of building greater trust and credibility with the women in their professional and personal lives.
We offer a call with our CEO, Barbara Annis, to explore this process and how this would be of value to you.
